The role

We’re looking for a Backend Engineer to help us make crypto feel invisible.

You’ll be:

Integrating with key 3rd party providers for payment flows: card issuing processors, card aquirers, bank processors, among others
Building APIs for our mobile and web applications
Support the integration of our in-house ledger with the blockchain (together with our blockchain and backend engineers)
Maintaining our CI/CD pipeline and security infrastructure (together with the rest of the Engineering team)
Working closely with product to ship fast and iterate often

What we expect from you

Help define technical roadmap and architecture for Bleap’s Platform
Establish high-quality, maintainable and test-driven code standards across all engineering function
Take ownership of the projects and drive them

What we look for

5+ years working in Backend
Java fluency
Crypto experience is preferred but not mandatory
Start-up/scale-up experience is preferred but not mandatory
You’re based in Europe (or can work in European time zones)
