The role

We’re looking for someone to own and scale our growth engine.
Your job is to figure out which distribution channel works best—and make it work at scale.

You’ll:

Own the metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion, retention
Launch and test acquisition loops: referrals, ambassador programs, paid acquisition, content, social, partnerships
Drive local go-to-market efforts across Europe (starting with your top 1–2 markets)
Run lightweight SEO experiments to drive organic traffic and discover high-intent keywords
Own and grow our community presence across platforms (Telegram, Discord, Reddit, Twitter)
Use growth hacking tactics to identify and scale low-cost, high-leverage channels
Create and measure growth experiments—then double down on what works
Work closely with product and design to improve activation and retention

This is not a strategy role—it’s an execution role. You’ll be in the weeds, launching campaigns, testing copy, talking to users, iterating fast. We move quickly. We care about results. And we don’t waste time.

What we look for

You’ve grown a B2C product before—ideally in fintech or crypto
Strong academic background in a STEM discipline (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Math, Computer Science, Economics).
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and basic data tools (SQL or Python is a plus).
You understand crypto, stablecoins, wallets—or want to learn fast
You’re based in Europe (or can work in European time zones)
