The role

We are looking for a Customer Operations Manager to support our customers and help improve the tools and processes used by our Operations team.

This is not a traditional support role. You will investigate customer issues, work closely with Product and Engineering, use data to identify recurring problems and help automate manual workflows.

As the company grows, this role has the potential to develop into a leadership position responsible for building and managing teams across Customer Support, Fincrime and Transaction monitoring.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting customers across onboarding, verification and general product-related issues
  • Reviewing customer onboarding applications, identity checks and supporting documentation that have been flagged for alerts or require additional scrutiny
  • Investigating complex customer issues using internal systems, transaction data and logs
  • Working with Product and Engineering to improve and automate internal tools and customer-facing processes
  • Using SQL and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks and recurring issues
  • Creating support procedures, escalation processes, templates and internal documentation
  • Identifying manual workflows that can be automated
  • Helping define the operating model for future Customer Support and Onboarding teams

What you’ll need

  • 1 year+ of experience in customer support, operations, fincrime, CDD or a related role
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Good analytical, IT and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic SQL knowledge or a strong willingness to learn
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach
  • The ambition to help build and eventually lead a growing operational team

Nice to have

  • Experience improving or implementing internal operational tools
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations or technical troubleshooting
  • Previous experience in fintech or crypto
