About Bleap

Bleap is a MiCA-authorised fintech supervised by Latvijas Banka: a small, fast-moving team building a blockchain-based financial account. Non-custodial wallet, cards, stablecoins, FX and cross-border transfers in one app.

After launching our Brazil to Europe corridor, we are opening the next one: Colombia to Spain. Colombians living in Spain pay too much and wait too long to send money home. We want to fix that, and we need someone to help us build the go-to-market.

You will help build go-to-market for that corridor in Spain, from first users to a repeatable growth engine, and take on more ownership as you prove yourself. We hire at two levels (early career and mid-level) and will shape the scope to your experience. Students and recent graduates are welcome to apply.

What you’ll do

• Run and improve the Spain go-to-market for our Colombia corridor: community, partnerships, creators, events and paid channels.
• Reach and work with organisations that already connect with Colombians in Spain.
• Track and improve the funnel from sign-up to first transfer to repeat transfers, working with Product and Operations.
• Bring what you learn back so we can replicate the playbook in the next corridors.

You are

• Living in Madrid. The role is fully remote, with in-person events and partner meetings in Madrid and Spain.
• A native or fluent Spanish speaker with working English.
• Full of energy, curious and eager to learn fast. You take initiative without waiting to be told.
• Comfortable building a first market from zero: no playbook, small team, fast iteration.
• Analytical: comfortable with numbers, funnels and experiments. An engineering, STEM or similar background helps.

Nice to have

• Experience in growth, partnerships or marketing.
• Fintech, payments, remittance or crypto background.
• Closeness to the Colombian or wider Latin American community in Spain.
• Experience with creator or community-led growth.
• You have started something of your own. Even if it didn’t work out, we want to hear about it.
