The role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to help us solve whatever the company's toughest operational problems are at any given moment.

This is a broad, general role by design. You won't be hired into a single fixed lane — you'll move to wherever the biggest problem is, whether that's a customer issue nobody's root-caused yet, a manual process that's become a bottleneck, a new market or product launch that needs an operational backbone, or a process that simply doesn't exist yet and needs to be built from scratch. What matters most is how you think and solve problems, not which specific domain you've worked in before.

As the company grows, this role has real potential to develop into ownership of a specific operational area or a leadership position, depending on where your strengths and interests take you.

What you'll be doing

General Operations & Problem-Solving

• Take ownership of operational problems end to end — from spotting them, to diagnosing the root cause, to shipping a fix
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other teams depending on the problem at hand
• Use data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies across the business
• Design, document, and improve processes — and know when a process should be automated instead of repeated manually
• Jump into new markets, products, or launches and help build the operational foundation as we go
• Move between areas as priorities shift, rather than staying fixed to one workflow
• Contribute ideas on how the operations function itself should evolve as we scale

What we're looking for

• 1–5 years of experience in operations, business operations, strategy & operations, or a similar generalist problem-solving role
• A strong track record of figuring things out — comfortable being dropped into a messy or ambiguous problem with no existing playbook
• Sharp analytical and investigative skills; you look for root causes, not just symptoms
• Good technical aptitude and confidence working with internal tools and data
• Basic SQL knowledge, or a strong willingness and ability to learn
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach
• A bachelor's degree in a STEM field (e.g. engineering, computer science, math, physics, or similar)
• Comfortable moving between different problems and teams rather than owning one narrow function

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or crypto
• Experience with SQL, APIs, or other technical tools beyond a basic level
• Experience launching a new process, product, or market from scratch
• Previous experience working closely with Product or Engineering teams
